دگرآسیبی یک ابزار مهم در موفقیت استقرار گونههای بیگانه مهاجم محسوب میشود. زلف پیر برگ عشقهای گیاهی چندساله متعلق به خانواده آفتابگردان و بومی آفریقای جنوبی است که با اهداف زینتی وارد کشور شده و در شهرهای شمالی دارای جمعیتهای خودرو است. بهمنظور بررسی توان دگرآسیبی آن، رویش و رشد اولیه پنج گونه گیاهی بومی و محک (یونجه، ذرت، کاهو، خرفه و کاسنی) در خاک آلوده به این گیاه بررسی شد. برای این منظور، مخلوط خاک با ساقه و برگ زلف پیر برگ عشقهای تهیه و بهمدت دو و هشت ماه نگهداری شد و سپس گلدانها با این مخلوط پر شد. نتایج مقایسه گونههای مورد بررسی با کمک شاخص پاسخ نشان داد که خاک آلوده اثر بازدارندگی بین 97/0+ تا 98/0- بر سبزشدن و رشد رویشی گونهها داشت. پاسخ گیاهان به صفات مورد بررسی در دو زمان نگهداری خاک آلوده متفاوت بود و کاهش بیشتری در میزان سبزشدن در خاک آلوده بهمدت هشت ماه مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی در وزن خشک ریشه و ساقه دیده شد. مقایسه گونهها نشان داد که خاک آلوده بر گیاهان یونجه و ذرت بهترتیب با شاخص پاسخ 21/0- و 03/0- کمترین و بر کاسنی، خرفه و کاهو بهترتیب 31/0-، 36/0- و 61/0- بیشترین بازدارندگی را در هردو زمان نگهداری دو و هشت ماه داشت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر اثرات منفی این گیاه بر رویش گونههای بومی مورد بررسی بوده که میتواند تهدید بزرگی برای سایر گونهها نیز محسوب شود. اعمال برنامههای مدیریتی، نظارت بر کشت و حذف جمعیتهای خودروی این گیاه در سطح کشور امر ضروری محسوب میشود.
