شناسایی نماتودهای انگل گیاهی مزارع کلزا و پراکنش آنها در استان های اصفهان و فارس

چکیده
این تحقیق به منظور شناسایی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع کلزای استان های اصفهان و فارس با جمع آوری به ترتیب 96 نمونه و 112 نمونه از این استان ها طی سالهای 1384 الی 1386، صورت پذیرفت . نماتدهای موجود در ریشه و خاک پس از استخراج تثبیت و به گلیسیرین منتقل گردیدند. شناسائی نماتدها براساس بررسی های مرفولوژی و مرفومتری و با استفاده از منابع علمی معتبر انجام شد. همچنین پراکنش گونه های شناسایی در دو استان تعیین گردید. گونه های شناسایی شده در دو استان شامل 23 گونه متعلق به14 جنس بودند که گونه Filenchus thornei برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش ‌می گردد. همچنین در هر دو استان، گونه ‌Pratylenchus neglectus بیشترین پراکندگی و گسترش را نسبت به سایر گونه‌ها در مزارع کلزای هر دو استان داشت.

Abstract
In order to identify of plant parasitic nematodes of rapeseed in Isfahan and Fars provinces, 208(96 from Esfahan and 112 from Fars province) soil and root samples were collected from rapeseed fields during 2005-2007. Nematodes were extracted from root and soil , then fixed and transferred to glycerin. The nematodes were mounted on slides and examined by light microscope and identified by valid references. The distribution of identified species was determined too. In this survey 23 species belonging to 14 genera were identified from mentioned provinces. Filenchus thornei is reported from Iran for the first time. Pratylenchus neglectus has the most distribution among the species, in both provinces.
