گزارش یک جنس و دو گونه جدید از زیرراسته Aphelenchina برای فون نماتدهای ایران

چکیده

چکیده
طی سالهای 1386 و 1387 به منظور شناسایی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع و گلخانه‌های خیار جمعاً تعداد 45 نمونه خاک و ریشه از منطقه جیرفت و کهنوج جمع آوری گردید. در این بررسی تعداد 13 جنس و 16 گونه شناسایی شد که جنس Ektaphelenchoidesو یک گونه ازآن E. compsi و گونه Aphelenchus isomerus برای نخستین بار از ایران گزارش می شوند. گونه اول از نمونه های خاک حسین آباد عنبرآباد ، ملک آباد کلرود و حسین آباد بن سراجی منطقه جیرفت و گونه دوم از نمونه های خاک گلخانه های باقرآباد منطقه جیرفت جمع آوری و شناسایی گردید. جنس Ektaphelenchoides متعلق به زیرراسته Aphelenchina ، خانواده Aphelenchoididae و زیرخانواده Ektaphelenchinae می باشد. در گونه Ektaphelenchoides compsi سر پهن و کمی تخت، همطراز بدن، کیسه عقبی رحم بلندتر و نوک تیزی انتهای دم کمتر از سایر گونه های این جنس می باشد. در گونه Aphelenchus isomerus واژن متقارن است.

Abstract
In order to identify the plant parasitic nematodes of cucumber field and greenhouses in Jiroft and Kahnoj regions, during 2007 and 2008, 45 soil and root samples were collected. In this survey, 13 genus and 16 species were identified. Genus Ektaphelenchoides and one species of it, E. compsi and Aphelenchus isomerus are reported for the first time in Iran. The first species was found in the soil samples of Hoseinabad anbarabad, Malekabad Kalarod and Hoseinabad bansaraji in Jiroft region and the second species was found in the soil samples bagherabad of Jiroft region. Genus Ektaphelenchoides belong to suborder Aphelenchina, family Aphelenchoididae and subfamily Ektaphelenchinae. E. compsi was separated from the other species of this genus by having a flat head and continuous, longer post uterine sac and shorter tail terminus mucron. In species Aphelenchus isomerus vagina is symmetric and isomorphic.
