رابطه اجزای آناتومیکی ریشه با مقاومت در ژنوتیپ‏های چغندرقند به نماتد سیست Heterodera schachtii Schmidt 1871

چکیده
چغندرقند Beta vulgaris L. از محصولات مهم صنعتی به شمار می‏آید. نماتد سیست، Heterodera schachtii از عوامل محدود کننده رشد این گیاه می‏باشد. در این تحقیق، مقاومت و ویژگی‏های آناتومیکی ریشه 70 ژنوتیپ چغندرقند نسبت به این نماتد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابتدا، میزان مقاومت ژنوتیپ‏های چغندرقند، بر اساس واکنش به نماتد سیست بررسی شد و بر اساس تعداد سیست تولید شده برای هر ژنوتیپ، در پنج طیف‏ مقاوم، نسبتاً مقاوم، متحمل، نسبتاً حساس و حساس قرار داده شدند. سپس، اجزای آناتومیکی ریشه، شامل ضخامت پریدرم و ضخامت لایه پارانشیم پوست، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که پریدرم ژنوتیپ مقاوم 33 (SB32) با 27/536 میکرون، بیشترین ضخامت را داشته و سپس، دیگر ژنوتیپ‏های مقاوم 60 (F-20747)، 61 (F-20746)، 5 (SB31-HSF-2) و 3 (SB27-HSF-10)، به ترتیب با میانگین 480، 87/445، 436 و 47/419 میکرون قرار گرفتند. در صورتی‏که ژنوتیپ‏های حساس 23 (SB35-HSF-8)، 62 (F-20583) و 35 (SB35) به‏ترتیب با کمترین میانگین ضخامت پریدرم 13/194، 67/258 و 47/319 میکرون بودند. در ضخامت پارانشیم پوست، بیشترین مقدار در ژنوتیپ مقاوم 61 (F-20746) با 93/438 میکرون مشاهده شد و سپس، ژنوتیپ‏های مقاوم 3 (SB27-HSF-10)،60 (F-20747)، 62 (F-20583)، 29 ((7112*SB36)*S1-11) و 8 (SB31-HSF-7) به‏ترتیب، با میانگین 20/403، 40/402، 53/360، 27/344 و 73/323 میکرون قرار گرفتند. ژنوتیپ‏های حساس 19 (SB32-HSF-10) و 63 (F-20603) با میانگین ضخامت پارانشیم پوست 13/210 و 33/213 میکرون، کمترین ضخامت را دارا بودند. مابقی ژنوتیپ‏های مربوطه، در رابطه با صفات مذکور در طیف میانی این دو گروه مقاوم و حساس واقع شدند. این نتایج، مؤید یک رابطه مستقیم بین این صفات و میزان مقاومت برخی از ژنوتیپ‏های مورد بررسی به نماتد سیست چغندرقند، H. schachtii می‌باشد.
