چکیده

سوسک برگخوار سیب زمینی، Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say، یکی از مهم‌ترین آفات سیب زمینی است. تغذیه حشرات کامل و لاروها از برگ های این گیاه خسارت جدی و شدیدی را به آن وارد می سازد. با توجه به این‌که این آفت زمستان را به صورت حشره کامل در اعماق خاک سپری می کند، هرگونه اختلال در جذب و ذخیره سازی منابع انرژی باعث تضعیف احتمالی حشرات کامل زمستان گذران و کاهش مقاومت آن ها در برابر استرس های محیطی طی فصل زمستان خواهد شد. در این تحقیق، اثر غلظت های زیرکشنده آفت کش کلرتالونیل (72 درصد) بر میزان ذخایر چربی، کربوهیدرات و پروتئین در شرایط مزرعه ای بررسی شد. آزمایشات به صورت آزمون فاکتوریل چهار متغیره، شامل غلظت سم (0، 2000، 3000 و 4000 میکرولیتر بر لیتر)، جنسیت (نر و ماده)، زمان نمونه برداری (3، 6 و 12 روز پس از سمپاشی) و تکرار سمپاشی (یک هفته پس از سمپاشی اول)، در چهار تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا گردید. میزان قند، گلیکوژن، چربی و پروتئین موجود بر حسب میلی گرم بر گرم وزن تر بدن حشره تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ترکیب کلرتالونیل تأثیر معنی داری بر میزان چربی، گلیکوژن، قند، پروتئین و محتوای انرژی دارد (01/0P<) و از بین غلظت های مذکور، غلظت 3000 میکرولیتر بر لیتر در دوازدهمین روز بعد از دومین سمپاشی بیش‌ترین تأثیر کاهشی را بر منابع انرژی داشته است، به طوری‌که در این غلظت میزان چربی 07/61، گلیکوژن 58/21، قند 22/57 و محتوای انرژی 46/54 درصد پس از کسر مقادیر متناظر در شاهد، کاهش یافته است. هم‌چنین در این غلظت میزان پروتئین 94/39 درصد افزایش داشته است. ترکیب کلرتالونیل در مجموع باعث کاهش برآیند منابع انرژی در سوسک کلرادو شده است.
