Cultivared barley (Hordeum vulgare) and three wild barley populations (Shiraz, Boshroyeh, and Torogh) were studied in this experiment. Also, wild oat (Avena ludoviciana) was included as a susceptible species. Clodinafop propargyl was applied postemergence at 2-3 leaf stage of plant species at different rates. Dry weight of each plant was determined three weeks after herbicide application, and then ED50, ED25, and level of tolerance index were determined for each wild barley population. Results showed that all wild barley populations were highly tolerant to herbicide even at higher doses, while wild oat was completely controlled at lower than recommended dose. ED50, and ED25 doses for wild oat was 16.3 and 5.6 g a.i ha-1, respectively, while no ED50 doses could be estimated for barley species. Based on ED25 doses, common barley showed highest tolerance to the herbicide. Tolerance level of wild barley population calculated based on ED25 of each wild barley relative to wild oat, was 29.2, 29.3, and 43.7 for Shiraz, Boshroyeh, and Torogh, respectively. It seems that all wild barley populations are highly tolerant to this herbicide, and Clodinafop propargyl can not be a solution for wild barley in wheat, while it has high efficacy on wild oat.}, keywords = {Cultivated barley,Dose response,Herbicide tolerance,wild barley}, title_fa = {بررسی حد تحمل توده‌های مختلف جودره (Hordeum spontaneum) به علف‌کش کلودینافوپ پروپارژیل}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی حد تحمل توده‌های مختلف جودره به علف‌کش کلودینافوپ پروپارژیل (تاپیک)، آزمایش دز- پاسخ گلخانه‌ای در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1388 انجام شد. گیاهان مورد مطالعه شامل جو زراعی (Hordeum vulgare)، یولاف وحشی (Avena ludoviciana) به عنوان گونه حساس به علف‌کش، و چهار توده جودره (Hordeum spontaneum) شامل توده‌های شیراز، بشرویه و طرق بودند. در مرحله دو تا سه برگی علف کش تاپیک در مقادیر مختلف بر روی گیاهان سمپاشی شد. سپس سه هفته بعد از سمپاشی وزن خشک زیست توده هوایی گیاهان اندازه‌گیری شد و دز مؤثر برای کاهش 25 و 50 درصدی زیست توده در مقایسه با شاهد برای هر گیاه محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که جو زراعی و تمام توده‌های جودره تحمل بالایی در مقابل علف کش تاپیک داشتند، به طوری‌که امکان محاسبه ED50 برای هیچ یک از آن‌ها وجود نداشت. در مقابل یولاف وحشی حساسیت بالایی به علف‌کش نشان داد و دزهای ED25 و ED50 برای یولاف وحشی به ترتیب 6/5 و 3/16 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار بود. بر اساس دز ED25، حد تحمل توده‌های جودره شیراز، بشرویه و طرق به ترتیب 2/29، 3/29 و 7/43 برابر یولاف وحشی بود. نتایج نشان داد که علی‌رغم کنترل کامل یولاف وحشی با علف‌کش تاپیک، جودره تحمل بالایی به این علف‌کش دارد و بایستی از مصرف آن در مزارع گندم آلوده به جودره جلوگیری شود.}, keywords_fa = {Cultivated barley,Dose response,Herbicide tolerance,wild barley}, url = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_35271.html}, eprint = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_35271_d3be285af778ad8249927080d0467c9f.pdf} }
