Various management strategies of control on nematodes has been used, but the application of plant products is one of the promising methods for nematode control. In this study, inhibitory effect of essential oils of Allium hirtifolium, Salvia officinalis and Kelussia odoratissima was evaluated in vitro. Gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was applied to identify the main components of the essential oils of Kelussia odoratissima and Salvia officinalis. The principal constituents of Kelussia odoratissima oil consisted of Z-ligustilid (54.11%), (Z)-3-butylidene-phthalide (14.37%) while those of Salvia officinalis oil was -Thujone (32.8%) and 1, 8-Cineole (12.8%).Evaluation of allicin within shallot with HPLC method was 1.5 µg/mg. Second juvenile mortality percent after 24h of exposure extract and egg hatching inhibition percent after 7 days was assessed. Six concentrations of each oil were utilized each in six replications. All plant essences have significantly reduced population of this nematode. Shallot oil in 2000ppm, showed more than 90% mortality of juvenile and more than 30% (toward control) in inhibition egg hatching. Essential oils of Kelussia and Salvia in 4000 ppm showed more than 50% mortality of juvenile and 30% inhibition egg hatching. The results demonstrated that the essential oils of these plants particularly, oil of shallot can be considered as potential protectants against root-knot nematodes in tomato.}, keywords = {Nematicidal effect,Essential oil,Allium hirtifolium,Salvia officinalis,Kelussia odoratissima. root-knot nematode}, title_fa = {تاثیر بازدارندگی اسانس‌های موسیر، مریم‌گلی و کرفس‌کوهی روی نماتد ریشه‌گرهی (Meloidogyne javanica) و استخراج مواد مؤثره آن‌ها}, abstract_fa = {نماتدهای ریشه‌گرهی (Meloidogyne spp.) گروه مهمی از بیمارگرهای گیاهی هستند که دامنه میزبانی وسیعی داشته و هرساله خسارت زیادی به محصولات کشاورزی وارد می‌کنند. روش‌های متعددی برای مبارزه با نماتدهای ریشه‌گرهی (Meloidogyne spp.) اعمال می‌گردد، ولی استفاده از گیاهان دارویی یکی از روش‌های بی‌خطر برای مهار نماتد ریشه‌گرهی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق اثر بازدارندگی اسانس‌های موسیر (Allium hirtifolium)، کرفس کوهی (Kelussia odoratissima) و مریم‌گلی (Salvia officinalis)در شرایط آزمایشگاهی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. شناسایی ترکیبات اسانس‌های مریم‌گلی و کرفس کوهی با استفاده از روش GC-MS صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد اصلی‌ترین ترکیبات در اسانس کرفس کوهی شامل Z-لیگوستیلید (۱۱/۵۴ درصد) و ۳بوتیلیدین-فتالید (۳۷/۱۴ درصد) و در مریم‌گلی شامل α-توجون (۸/۳۲ درصد) و ۱،۸ سینئول (۸/۱۲ درصد) می‌باشد. میزان آلیسین موجود در سیر به روش HPLC ۵/۱ میکروگرم در میلی‌گرم وزن سوخ بود. درصد مرگ‌و‌میر لارو بعد از ۲۴ ساعت قرارگیری لارو در معرض اسانس و نیز درصد عدم تفریخ تخم بعد از ۷ روز قرارگیری تخم نماتد در معرض اسانس محاسبه شد. از هر اسانس ۶ غلظت در شش تکرار مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. اسانس تمام گیاهان مورد آزمایش، به طور مشخصی جمعیت این نماتدها را کاهش دادند. اسانس موسیر در غلظتppm ۲۰۰۰ تقریبا تأثیر بیش از ۹۰ درصد در مرگ و میر لاروها و بیش از ۳۰ درصد در عدم تفریخ تخم (نسبت به شاهد) داشت. اسانس کرفس کوهی و مریم‌گلی نیز در غلظت ppm۴۰۰۰ قادر به کنترل حدود ۵۰ درصد لارو و ۳۰ درصد تخم نماتد ریشه‌گرهی بودند. نتایج این بررسی نشان‌دهنده پتانسیل بالای این اسانس‌ها به خصوص اسانس موسیر در کنترل نماتد ریشه‌گرهی گوجه فرنگی می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اثر ضد نماتدی,اسانس,موسیر,مریم‌گلی,کرفس کوهی,نماتد ریشه‌گرهی}, url = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_35093.html}, eprint = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_35093_d098c4d5d344c7ed0518c04a8c0730cc.pdf} }
