This fungus is a obligate endoparasite in the root cells of vascular plants. Since the two species of this genus, P. graminis and P. betae are both known to carry destructive viral agents to sugar beet and Poaceae. For studying the distribution of infected fields with P. betae in Razavi and Northern Khorasan provinces, 39 soil samples were taken from sugar beet fields in the two provinces. Then in Collected soils, sugar beet seeds (IC) were planted and after 5 to 7 weeks, the growing plants were removed from the soils and with using two methods (Microscopic and Nested PCR) the rate of contamination to P.betae was evaluated in different fields.The results showed that this fungus was detected in 59 percent of tested plants by Microscopic method and in 75. 3 percent of samples tested by molecular method. In planting 18 species of dominant weed seeds of sugar beet and wheat fields in contaminated soils ,the hosting possibility of these plant species were investigated by using two Microscopic and Molecular methods in the both provinces. Among these weeds Chenopodium album, Amaranthus retroflexus, A.viridis , Portulaca oleraceae and Convolvulus arvensis were hosts, and Chenopodium album and Convolvulus arvensis varieties were introduced as alternative hosts of this fungus.}, keywords = {Polymyxa betae,Nested PCR,re-transmission,The dominant weeds in sugar beet fields}, title_fa = {بررسی پراکنش نسبی قارچ Polymyxa betae Keskin با استفاده از روش‌های میکروسکوپی و مولکولی و امکان انتقال آن از طریق علف‌های ‌هرز مهم مزارع چغندرقند استان‌های خراسان رضوی و شمالی}, abstract_fa = {جنس Polymyxa‌، تاکسونی از شاخه Plasmodiophoromycota و سلسله Protozoa است .این قارچ یک پارازیت اجباری– داخل سلولی ریشه گیاهان آوندی می باشد. تاکنون دو گونه P.graminis و P.betae ازاین قارچ شناسایی شده است که ناقل بیماریهای مخربی در چغندرقند و تیره غلات هستند. به منظور بررسی پراکنش مزارع آلوده به P.betae در استان‌های خراسان رضوی و شمالی از خاک 39 مزرعه چغندرقند نمونه‌برداری شد. سپس در خاک‌های جمع آوری شده بذر چغندر قند رقم IC کاشته شد و پس از 5 الی 7 هفته، گیاهان از خاک خارج گردیدند و با استفاده از‌، روش میکروسکوپی و روش مولکولی PCR Nested میزان آلودگی گیاهان چغندرقند در مزارع مختلف به P.betae ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد قارچ فوق در 59 درصد از نمونه‌های ریشه‌، به روش میکروسکوپی و در 3/75 درصد نمونه‌های ریشه به روش مولکولی ردیابی شد. با کاشت 17 گونه بذر علف‌های هرز غالب مزارع چغندرقند و گندم در خاک‌های آلوده به P.betae‌، امکان میزبانی این گونه‌ها به کمک دو روش میکروسکوپی و مولکولی در دو استان فوق بررسی شد. از بین این علف‌های هرز‌، گونه‌های سلمه تره (Chenopodium album)، تاج خروس ریشه قرمز Amaranthus retroflexus))‌ تاج خروس سبز (A. viridis)‌ ، خرفه (Portulaca oleraceae)‌ و پیچک صحرایی (Convolvulus arvensis)‌ می‌توانند میزبان این قارچ باشند، و علف‌های هرز سلمه تره و پیچک صحرایی، به عنوان گیاهان آلترناتیو این قارچ در مزارع چغندرقند، معرفی شدند.}, keywords_fa = {Polymyxa betae,Nested PCR,re-transmission,The dominant weeds in sugar beet fields}, url = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_32788.html}, eprint = {https://jpp.um.ac.ir/article_32788_ff655f45a8edc19024b73844609985b6.pdf} }
